We did research on various makers of hardwood floors. We wanted to buy American made flooring. We choose Somerset and it was a big mistake. We are extremely dissatisfied with our decision to go with Somerset. They do not stand behind their warranty. Many boards were not cut square on the ends. IF I COULD GIVE THEIR PRODUCT AND THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE A ZERO STAR RATING, I WOULD. THE PRODUCT WAS DELIVERED WITH MULTIPLE "PENCIL" TYPE LINES THROUGH HALF OF EACH BOX. WITHIN ONE YEAR OF THE PRODUCT BEING INSTALLED, IT HAD BOWED, YELLOWED AND DE-LAMINATED. IT WAS PROPERLY INSTALLED AFTER THE REQUIRED ACCLIMATION PERIOD IN A SMART HOME WITH A CONSTANT TEMPERATURE OF 68 DEGREES.
