The most UNPROFESSIONAL company I have ever dealt with! RUN!!! Had to deal with them after my Father’s death. More than a month later & they never sent paperwork they were supposed to send in 7-10 days. I’ve called numerous times and they tell something different every single time?! I highly recommend avoiding this company at all costs!!!!
They are not helpful always telling me that they will get back to me but never do and when I call I'm always put on hold forever and I have to go threw everything over and over again
Tried to find out about benefits due to me from Prudential from father's death.agent I talked to. No luck no help.very evasively answering questions. Repeating,call customer service. Say they could not find me to pay me. Sure would have found me if I owed them money Karl miller
