My NPS is Detractor. I would not recommend Somerset ProHealth to a friend or family because of the NO Customer Service Experience... Somerset you have become to big..
Good luck getting an appointment with your doc. I needed a sick visit and was told "he has availability next year." Hectic. No appointments available ever.

Absolutely worst doctors/practice. Been with them for 20 yrs and in the past couple I have called twice to get in and they can't schedule me for a day or two out. They tell you to go to emergency if you can't wait. Don't go with them unless you can "plan" to be sick or get hurt!!!!
