Terrible service, in a bad area of Ottawa.
This pharmacy was great for decades, but ever since the younger staff took over, the service has gone downhill and they only do the bare minimum. The current team lacks empathy and compassion the previous owners showed and I’m very disappointed.
Wilson, the pharmacist and owner, is responsive, professional, and informative.
