My friend told me to go to this office because they make her love going to the dentist. I honestly didn’t know that was a possibility! The got me in very quickly. They are friendly, compassionate and professional. I haven’t left a doctor’s office previously with such clear information about each issue, the options and the cost of treatment. I have line by line exactly what each thing costs, what portion my insurance would cover and what I pay out of pocket. I definitely recommend them!
Dr. Palluek and her staff are excellent in what they do. They made me feel valued as a patient and treated me with the upmost respect. My husband and I drove up from Laughlin (where we reside/1:30 one way) and it was well worth the drive. I can't recommend her office enough. She's ranked in the Top 25 dentist's in Vegas, but that's incorrect. She should be (hands down) NUMBER ONE. My husband saw the way I was treated and he is coming aboard as a patient. I had a wonderful experience at this office for a root canal and crown. Dr. Palluck and her assistant were incredibly kind, professional, and took the time to explain every step of the procedure, which completely eased my dental anxiety. The facility was spotlessly clean and equipped with modern technology. I highly appreciate their amazing office staff and gentle care. Highly recommend.
Malisa was my hygienist and she did an excellent job. Very knowledgeable, I can tell she's an expert in her field, and she made the visit easy and comfortable. The staff was friendly and the whole office runs smoothly. Dr. Sofia Palluck has a great team there. I’d happily recommend their office.
