Dtr went this week apparently ownership has changed so they are not offering the same service its all about money now. Usually cleaning checkup was always done in 30 minutes. This time they spent 60 mins just doing scaling and didn't even do the cleaning. Dr Wong is not doing the scaling like he use to,they have the untrained hygienist doing the scaling who doesn't even check in to see if pt is tolerating. they keep pushing xrays just to make money.
