I had a tooth pulled there last week with Iv sedation. The Dr. Steven Speca did an excellent job extracting my tooth, and all assistants were very wonderful in helping me. I recommend him to anyone needing dental work. I am 100% satisfied with him and his procedure. If I ever need dental work done in the future, I will definitely return to him. When you wait6 months for an appointment, the last thing you want to do is sit and wait while the workers continue taking people in that walk in behind you, then hear them giggling about how slow they are moving, and the only reason they even tried getting me to wait is because I walked out. Deeply service people. Our time is important too. I don't SCHEDULE an appointment, to be left sitting for 20 minutes while you people screw around in the office. Real professional

Received a voicemail the day before my appointment stating a 8:40 appointment time. I arrived at 8:30 and immediately checked in with the receptionist. I patiently sit in the waiting room until 9:15 when they call me up and say they can't see me today. They claim it was because I was "late" and my appointment time was 8:30. I replay their voicemail stating 8:40 with the speaker on my phone. They proceed to tell me I didn't check in until 8:50. So far during this covid-19 pandemic, I visited the dentist office 3 times for cleaning of care of my teeth. The office takes great care to ensure my safety and for others in the office. I always feel well care for in this friendly atmosphere. I truly recommend that if you need any dental health care, that you visit Somerset Dental Associates.

Wow, This place is great! My Journey Started a week ago, Called and spoke with Ashley, she spoke with me and treated me with respect and dignity, and they were able to get me in the same day! When I showed up for my appointment was greeted by America, she was great too! The reason for my visit was because I needed a Partial, new one to be exact. Wow, they said seven to 10 business days, they got it done in 5! I had an extraction, then they fitted my partial, all in the same day! Thanks, Dr. Ashkan and Erika for being patient... read more

Have been taking my children here for the past 10 years .. Dr Hajel is great but really needs to find better staff ... I have had nothing but horrible experiences with receptionists and some of the other staff .... the Anesthesiologist was an absolutely B***** she called me telling me what my son could have then when we went to the app after waiting 90 mins that we had to reschedule because he had what she said he could !!!!! I will absolutely NEVER go to the Johnstown office again !!!!
