Don't move here!!Management is lazy!! It has been 6 weeks since I complained about my toilet. After 4-5 maintenance personnel working to fix it,management said it would be replace,instead, another worker came in and adjusted the toilet, still running!And guess what?,now I have cash missing!
All new lights in the hallways.
And we're all crazy.
Beware it's an old mental hospital
I jumped right into leasing a 1 bedroom from here based solely on the floor plan and the included heat, but within one month I started regretting my decision. The manager is lazy and doesn't do much to make this place stand up. I've got one out parking lot light that's been out for months. There's a car with 2 flat tires sinking into the asphalt. Do not live here. The management is lazy and unresponsive, the apartments are old and not well maintained, and the whole place is a mess. The cops are here regularly and on two separate occasions there have been signs of forced entry on my apartment. Be prepared to be disturbed by loud music at all hours of the day. The hallways reek of smoke, and the lighting everywhere is poor. The management staff is lazy and inattentive. Everything needs repair. this place isnt even worth 1 star. they change managers as often as the weather changes; you can't drop payments in the office (they have to be mailed across the state); they take their sweet time cashing your check - then tell you they dont have a record of receiving it. go any place but here
nice location This apartment complex is in a good location. It is close to downtown Flushing and next to a nice subdivision. There is sidewalks, so you could walk or ride your bike for miles. There is alot of traffic at the entrance of the complex and subdivision. They complex is older, but kept up nice. The hallways are a little dark. Worth checking out. I think the rent is average for this area.
