I've been here for the past 3 years hoping that things would get better, but they never did. I've gone through 3 different managers which have made things very clunky. The LUNDRY! Don't even get me started... I dont think I've ever walked in there an not see ¼of the machines not working and then half of the working ones done even work well. I eventually gave up on the dryers and just air dried everything. Most of the cupboards/draws and refrigerators are super old and gross. Maintenance overall has been very poor. It's a good apartment complex and I enjoyed my stay here. The main things I enjoyed were the amenities available throughout Rexburg Housing, the 2 fridges per apartment, and the closeness to campus. Macie, the manager, was also really great. However, the main issue I have is how picky the final clean checks are. Just a heads up: detail clean the window sills. I feel like the people who do the clean checks should say if certain spots can be cleaned pretty quickly and they are cleaned before they leave, they withhold from mark... read more
This place kinda sucks. Repairs for showers and stuff take literally forever, all the TVs don’t work most of the time, management needs to focus. Just go somewhere else
I have loved living here! Maintenance and management are phenomenal. Jarom always responds to our maintenance requests swiftly and efficiently.
Living here rocks. The people are amazing and it's so close to the school! Jarom the maintenance man is so quick to get maintenance requests filled and he is really friendly as well.
