These are the best apartments in McDonough! My sister moved in over the summer and they had a summer party with PAID FOR food trucked for the residents!!! Who does that?? Not only that they gave my sister a free cruise ( you get at move in) and we are going next summer!!!
The turnover in property management is ridiculous. Can never get anyone to call me back in a timely manner. Rent is never the same month to month. Every month I am charged $25 for renters' insurance, even though you can NOT rent without having renters' insurance. Every month I have to ask to have the charge reversed and then it takes weeks to get that done. Things are always broken and/or closed. (fences, gates, pool, community rooms). There's a lot wrong with this apartment complex so I'm not even sure where to begin at. First off let's start with the person who sold me and my fiance a fever dream here Jordan. Be very mindful of Jordan because she doesn't tell you anything that is going on with the apartment and all the rules that come with it. This place is a HORRIBLE PLACE to rent! Do not fall for their specials. Rent somewhere else! Everywhere is charging the same amount and offering more! The so called property manger Reanna Freeman is shady liar! The rent is too high for a box! Pool is NEVER clean! Gates are ALWAYSSSS broke! And you have to pay $25 a month for property maintenance but nothing is being maintained! Absolutely ridiculous!!!!!
