Before leaving this property, the manager asked me if I will be needing a cleaning service for my move-out or whether I will be cleaning the apartment myself. I confirmed the latter and cleaned the place thoroughly including several rounds of oven cleaning. During the walkthrough there was no mention of dissatisfaction with the state of cleanliness. Lived here for roughly four years. Pros- rent is slightly cheaper than everywhere else in the area. Cons- Building is old and everything is constantly broken. Constant drug users/criminals in the alley ways and parking lot. One of my neighbors had his car broken into twice in the outside lot (I'm sure this happened to a lot of other residents too).
