This office could not make my dentures right. They told me to get out of their office after I told them they hurt and uncomfortable. I made to much noise in their office when I asked for them to be redone. They did not fit. MRM labs made the dentures and I was not allowed to take them to that Lab. Please do not use this dental office they waisted 3 months of me not eating and then told me they do not get that many dentures to be made. If you need dentures please these were garbage. Not happy at all that they did not let my fiance, my son's stepdad back in with him for his appointment. I even called them a day prior to tell them his stepdad would be bringing him in. They didn't even speak to my fiance on how it went, if he was all finished or if he needed another appointment. Really treated him like he was some damn stranger that picked my child off the street. That is very absurd. Im very disappointed with how that was handled. Not even a follow up call to me.
I'm a regular patient of this office and Dr. Combs is wonderful and the assistants and hygienists are very professional and have a great bedside manner. I was a dental assistant myself and was extremely impressed. On the other hand I'm very upset with the front desk because the other day I called cause I believed I missed an appointment and wanted to reschedule and she told me I couldn't schedule a new appointment because of too many missed in the past that I have to call everyday and hope they can get me in. Absolute WORST dental practice. The front desk staff is EXTREMELY rude especially the office manager who appears to ALWAYS have an attitude. The dentist are not skilled and and provide horrific dental care. I am having issues with every root canal this office did to where I already had to have one extracted and other have to be redone by a specialist because of their botched work.
