Great office service, Dr's and staff are outstanding. My family and I have been going here for many years and they just get better.
The experience if very professional from the time you enter the business. The greeting from staff, very professional, the choices are endless, the cleanliness and very quick turn around time when you place your order. Our family will never go anywhere else....
My mom came half hour before her appointment to fill up paperwork, we are now waiting 40 minutes past her appointment time. Front desk is rude and unprofessional. They are the ones upset because we are asking what is taking so long. This will be my moms first and last visit to this place. Every one acts like they are sooooo busy, when there are hardly 5 people in the room.
My nephews eye exam changed from not needing glasses to needing glasses. They would not do the paper work to change it on the insurance( that would pay if they only changed his status to needing glasses) They told them to wait until the end of the month, that would be his new year. He is in middle school and needs his glasses ASAP. JUST TOO LAZY TO DO THE OAPER WORK
Dr Forman was a thorough and conscientious dr. He explained things well and took his time during my father's appointment.
