Rude salesman directly insulted my husband before even offering the sale. Saying "He has no personality", then when we turned down a pitch that was way out of our budget, he rudely said he would get someone else and smacked our folder down on the table in frustration. Might be worth talking to Aydin at Tahiti Village about his sales tactics, insults and tantrums are not a great way to get people to want to invest in your property.
Only leaving a one star review because you have to leave choose one. A year ago I got into the pre membership. Just a trial run, and it has been a joke. Nothing but the runaround run around, run around. You called a book a trip. You call the book your free trip. So they just transfer you to person to person to person. Stay away from this company. We are honestly so frustrated with Somerpointe and Club de Soleil. Getting a hold of these people is near impossible. We have been trying for a year now to figure out how to get out of our timeshare, and absolutely no one will reply to our requests, even though they have no problem continuing to send us bills. No one has given us a clear cancellation process or guide, and we just want someone to contact us so we can finally get out of these timeshares and move on with our lives. We’ve been trying to cancel our timeshare for what feels like forever and I'm at a complete loss over how difficult Somerpointe is making this whole process. We own a timeshare with Tahiti Village, but due to financial difficulties, we simply cannot afford the mortgage and maintenance fee payments any longer. I am an owner at Club de Soleil in Las Vegas. I have been an owner since the early 2000's. The property is now managed by Somerpointe. In the last few years, our maintenance fees have gone through the roof. My husband & I paid over $1400.00 in 2025 for maintenance fees. I visited the property in Las Vegas this past week to celebrate my birthday. I was assigned to Club de Soleil II. We arrived late on Saturday evening.
