Stay away from this company. We are honestly so frustrated with Somerpointe and Club de Soleil. Getting a hold of these people is near impossible. We have been trying for a year now to figure out how to get out of our timeshare, and absolutely no one will reply to our requests, even though they have no problem continuing to send us bills. We’ve been trying to cancel our timeshare for what feels like forever and I'm at a complete loss over how difficult Somerpointe is making this whole process. We own a timeshare with Tahiti Village, but due to financial difficulties, we simply cannot afford the mortgage and maintenance fee payments any longer. I am an owner at Club de Soleil in Las Vegas. I have been an owner since the early 2000's. The property is now managed by Somerpointe. In the last few years, our maintenance fees have gone through the roof. My husband & I paid over $1400.00 in 2025 for maintenance fees. I visited the property in Las Vegas this past week to celebrate my birthday. I was assigned to Club de Soleil II. We arrived late on Saturday evening. We would absolutely not recommend purchasing a timeshare with this company. It's incredibly frustrating because they won't even communicate with us or address any of our concerns, even after we've reached out twice via email specifically to cancel our timeshare. We're also really upset because when we were at the resort last, we were told by Jubilee that there was a program to pay $2,500 to get out, but then we were later told that program wasn't available anymore.
