Who on earth picked out the new green chairs? Why is there no dresser in main bedroom? Very bland design of new rooms. Check in folks very nice. Concierge rude. No deals. Didn’t even offer our friends staying with me a timeshare presentation…which is fine. Also states I’m not an owner because I purchased through a 3rd party..so this is written notice of stopping yearly maintenance fees!

I am a new owner with Tahiti Village. At my first check-in I was offered an owner update. I signed up with the promise of a couple of gifts for my time. When I arrived, my appointment had been canceled and I was never told. Was asked to wait while they looked into this. After about 15 minutes Jesse came and talked to me. I was informed that since I was gifted the ownership I didn't qualify for the updates. I told him that was not good for them and when asked why. Hi, was at Tahiti village for ten days. The life guards at the pool are not very nice. One in puticur was a girl wearing white glasses. I ask how here day was going just look at me. I said to her that bad!! She does not pay attention to her surroundings. All she did was pick her nails. Also went to the life guard shack there were 8 life guards just sitting down.
