Last week I was lied to about mold Last before it was even inspected the maintnace supervisor sprayed mold killer scrubbed the wall and took off base board then had titan come after the mold killer was used he said all good then today the mold testing people come with no notice when the apartments knew they where coming last week and cut the base board and chunks of the wall out and said yes mold and it should have never been cleaned by maintnace staff before it was tested and never had base board put back up and repainted. ... read more
Office staff Marcus was so rude and unprofessional!!!
WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. bug problems. wasp problems. constant water issues. expensive laundry machines. it is TERRIBLE to even move out of. management is rude and closes the office early on days rent is due then will blame it on you for not coming earlier! hello we all have to work until 5. the whole place looks like it’s given the landlord special. it’s all super unorganized i’m surprised there hasn’t been more lawsuits. they don’t even abide by signed contracts everything is done on their time which leads to things being push... read more
The price of rent is good. Love that water is included there is a bug problem reported it many times with no help at all. Multiple car related crimes, so be careful of that there are no cameras around this complex. So, any damage is or crimes that happen to your car is gonna be left Unsolved and expensiveto fix, the laundry room is expensive.
