The leasing agent, Fesa, was incredibly caring and demonstrated true professionalism. She was warm and patient, making me feel welcomed and valued. I sincerely appreciated the time and kindness she extended to me.
Just another corporate , money grubbing, slumlord. 12 years of living at this property....and many years in other HSL properties. I'm not impressed. The ceiling is full of black sticky substance..the dining room walls, and every picture frame on the wall is covered. I was told it was because I was getting the wrong size filter in my AC unit, which they supply. Then they gave me a bigger one, which was too big. DO NOT RENT HERE. MANAGEMENT DOESNT CARE ABOUT RESIDENTS AT ALL. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! AND HSL IF YOURE READING THIS, DO BETTER. I PAY GOOD MONEY TO RENT HERE. ILL CHANGE MY REVIEW WHEN YOU PERSONALLY CONTACT ME TO REMEDY A FEW INDESCRETIONS
