It was extremely poor. On average, there was a water shutdown once a week. This is probably due to neglect over many years. The wall above the French doors was apparently leaking when it rained before we moved in. It was painted over to hide the rotted-out doors. When we informed Somerpointe of the problem, it was ignored, probably because they didn't want to put us up in a hotel or move us into another apartment to fix the problem. Just moved in June 1st. So far this apartment is Awesome 🙂 The office staff and maintenance workers have been Absolutely welcoming 😁
