We lived at Somerhill Farms when we sold our last house and were looking for our new house. It is a safe and close knit community. This apartment community is not massive which is really nice because you are not just a number to them. The staff is very helpful and responsive to the needs of the residents. Any maintenance requests were taken care of promptly. Overall it was pleasant experience.
I love this community! My friend has lived here for a few years and loves it, so when we started our search, we knew where to look. We toured and loved everything about it & look forward to hopefully joining the community when we move next year!
Somerhill Farms apartments is managed by the dream team Sydney and Bonnie. They provide the highest level of professional and courteous service. They are attentive to everything and ensure a quality experience. Andrew leads a very responsive maintenance team who are capable of handling any situation. This is our second lease here and we’re very happy overall. Recommended.
Great apartments, new and any issues are resolved quickly. Sydney and Bonnie are amazing office managers! They are always accommodating whenever we have requests and so pleasant to talk to. This really is a community thanks to all their efforts.
