Somerhill was a great place to leave for the 2 years I was there. The staff is very friendly and have been hosting fun events for the community each month. The management since I was there had started making meaningful upgrades to the community to better improve the look and condition. The neighborhood is very peaceful and I enjoyed my neighbors. I appreciate my time living in the community and I hope others enjoy this Gainesville oasis as well.
Comfortable space. Quiet neighborhood. Attentive staff that care about resident needs.
Bonnie and Sydney are excellent property management and consistently work to improve the community. Our second lease and we enjoy living here. Highly recommended.
I’ve had a really great experience living here, and a big part of that is thanks to Bonnie and Sydney. Bonnie is always so friendly and professional anytime I had a question or needed help, she was quick to respond and made sure everything was taken care of.
