When I moved to Lancaster 28 years ago, we moved into Somerford Square. 26 years later I picked Somerford Square to move my daughter and I into. Very friendly, doing renovations and the office has community activities for holidays. I'd chose them any day. Lacey and Larry work very hard to keep the place looking great. Somerford Square apartments are a nice clean place to live. The pool is very nice to relax at in the summer. The staff are very nice and friendly.

We have lived here over a year now. Management is amazing and you never have to wait long for a maintenance issue. Everything is always taken care of when needed. Management is always attentive and treats you like family. I would highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a family friendly well taken care of apartment complex.
This is my first time ever being on my own and Lacey made the experience so easy and she’s so nice and friendly! She was super patient and did whatever it took to get us in here! She’s an awesome property manager!! 🥰 the maintenance guy Larry is awesome too working all the time to make sure that everything is in order and working whenever you need him he’s there! They made my first home the best experience possible and I love being here with my family!
