Just want to thank the entire staff! From management to maintenance are excellent.! Our wonderful maintenance man was here on a Saturday night, day before Father’s Day on an air condition issue for a tenant,who does that.!? Somerford Square Apartments.!!! My wife and I have lived here for almost a year and this has been a very good renting experience. Prompt response to maintenance calls, office staff very professional and customer service oriented. Looking for a place? Check Somerford Square for any vacancies first.
We love living here! The property management team is amazing! Lacey and Larry are the best! Property is very well maintained! When it came to this snow storm they spent their weekend here on site doing snow removal and salting. Even helped us tenants shovel our cars out! Never have I lived anywhere that felt more welcoming!
Love the way management was here during the snow storm making sure the snow was cleared at all hours. They offered hot drinks and snacks to anyone needing them. Snows over and they are here to help with your cars. Way to step up.
When I moved to Lancaster 28 years ago, we moved into Somerford Square. 26 years later I picked Somerford Square to move my daughter and I into. Very friendly, doing renovations and the office has community activities for holidays. I'd chose them any day. Lacey and Larry work very hard to keep the place looking great.
