New wheels installed a couple weeks ago and this morning my wheel almost flew off driving down the highway. I went to the shop to let them know and the owner responded well to the mistake and all good and he offered to retorque and all would have been ok until his tech started chirping and his opinion was that Journeys are notorious for lug nuts coming loose and that was the end of conversation , I took the car to another shop to have the wheels verified and that’s the last dealing with this company
