Been doing work with this lab for several years now. Friendly staff and reliable crown and bridge work. Would recommend!
Check the bag and schedule the patient a few days after expected delivery. I’ve had to reschedule patients due to missing parts or bad communication. When I call to find out what is going on they can’t find the technician to help me. Seems very disorganized.
Somer has been my lab for many (5+ years) now. I so appreciate the rapport that I have had with their team members. The employees have experience and are quite friendly. I'm surprised the lab is still standing. I thought it burned down. They really should drug test their employees. Lots of order mix-ups caused my business many headaches.
