They are alright, people there are nice though they are all overworked. If you need Hormones I would look somewhere else. FTMS DO NOT GET T FROM HERE. They have no experience with us and do not know how to guide us through hormones or talk through the transition. They are willing to listen and the trans ladies there are wonderful, but they do not have the ability to care for trans guys.
