We have had a unit for years and never an issue. Staff is always pleasant and helpful. It’s clean and secure which we like. I had a friend who went to Uhaul on Speedvale in Guelph and when she went to go get her stuff they announced it was thrown in the dumpster. Before any says anything about that they had her credit card to charge monthly. Apparently the staff like to help themselves. Get every record and documentation you can before and after renting from this location and beware of these places that aren’t directly uhaul. I’m giving a 1 star to this location because of what they did to me after I had rented from them. The overall process with them renting the truck at the beginning and returning it was no issue, their customer service was great during my rental.
