I've learned through my sessions that mind-body integration is pivotalto your trauma recovery. Peter does an incredible job of putting Somatic Integration into layman's terms, using metaphorsand analogies. He is extremelyknowledgeable and always has the best intentions. He is your advocate and always supportive and uplifting. I'm learning how to cope with my generalized stress and anxiety, by integrating the tools he's introduced tome.
