I highly recommend Kyle as a therapist. During an especially troubling time in my life, he not only provided space to process the issues but also space to identify where the pain was coming from. This was with respect to my past, as well as where I was holding the tension/issue in my body. His attention to mindfulness was exactly what I needed.
