I HIGHLY recommend SOMAT Remodeling Services LLC. We have done several renovations in our home in the last 7 years and used a couple different contractors. Renzo and his team of workers were by far the best and very professional. They were punctual and stayed on course during our master bath ensuite project. Renzo and his team at SOMAT Remodeling Services were absolute professionals and did an incredible job. From the initial consultation to the final day of construction, the team was extremely helpful, responsive, and knowledgeable. The team completed the entire project ahead of schedule and on budget. Renzo Veliz at SOMAT Remodeling has been a terrific contractor/remodeler. We have had many projects on our house for more than 10 years. This past year, we hired Renzo to start on a couple projects. He recently completed one of our bathrooms and some basement work, and now is about to start our porch. Not only has he and his staff completed the work on time and budget, they completed the work with great professionalism and very high quality. We are excited to get the porch work started!

I really loved working with the whole Somat team. I needed a broken floor joist repaired, which turned out to be more complicated than expected because of all the details that come with having a 100+ year old house. They rolled with the punches, adapted to change, were kind and friendly at every step of the way, and in the end, my house is in much better shape than when we started. They're really great to work with.

Amazing!! SOMAT completely renovated our home from Rough-In's to Finish. They did an outstanding job and exceeded our expectations. I would highly recommend SOMAT to anyone.
