I had a very disappointing experience at Soma Health Center. From the manager to the front desk staff and the rest of the employees, the level of professionalism was extremely poor. Communication is disorganized, staff members seem confused about what they are doing, and patients are treated like just another number instead of people who genuinely need medical care.
