I’ve been going here all my life and couldn’t say anything worse about this place. I have to wait hours to be seen, she’s extremely rude like others have said on here. I’m so glad that I found another doctors office that is soo much better then this. I should have left many years ago.
This provider is extremely rude! She will leave you waiting for longer than she will spend listening to your reason for visiting this office. It’s so hard to find actual doctors who care about their patients like there used to be! Her front staff and phone staff are equally as rude as the provider herself. If you are seeking caring and kind people, steer clear of this establishment! Very rude. Doesn’t listen to patient. Gets upset if you ask for a referral even if specialist recommends it. Very much thinks she knows it all.. forget not agreeing with what she says very much her way or no way
Not a good doctor
The Ladies at the front desk need to get their act together and be a lot more "Professional" than they are. They ARE working with the public and should have better patient services skills. If I were a doctor, I would not allow them to represent my practice. They never follow up with you when they say they will, they get your appointments mixed up, they always put you on hold forever when you call, or the line is always busy, they don't fax your lab requests to the Lab, etc. I could go on...
It is now almost 2 hrs. since I arrived for scheduled appt. They just now came in and said the doctor is running behind. There were no patients here when I arrived. Not a good 1st impression so far. Also made appt to see Dr Krishnamoorthi and apparently you see whatever doctor happens to be available.
Dr. Soma is a fantastic doctor! She is very personal and truly cares about her patients. Whenever I have to see a specialist, I always come back to her to confirm! I really trust her!
