I had a great experience with Dr. Rugg at Soma Healthcare. He was able to see me the same day for a really stiff neck and back, which I appreciated so much. Came here to the Chicago location for some neck pain that I woke up with. Dr. Rugg was able to get me in the next day. My appointment started off with a massage from Kristen, who was amazing. She's very knowledgeable about what she does and gave me some tips for how to decrease my pain at home. Dr. Rugg was also very knowledgeable and took the time to determine what was causing me issues and how to best adjust me. Dr. Rugg was very gentle when adjusting and I felt instantly better. I will definitely be returning!
Dr. Rugg was able to fit me in next-day for hip pain at his Chicago location. Both he and Manny (massage therapist at the practice) are very friendly, easygoing, and made me feel relaxed in the office. Dr. Rugg brings a lot of experience and professionalism to the session, and took the time to explain the physiology of what we needed to work on. I feel better already and I will definitely be coming back!
