Absolute waste of my time! Had a new patient appt with the doctor at 10:15am, she still hadn't shown up when I left at 11:45am. When I finally left the exam room after waiting in there for 45 minutes, she was in her office at her desk. When I mentioned that to a nurse, I was told she was on a call with a patient having a teledoc visit. WITH THE DOOR OPEN?? If that was true (which I doubt), what about patient/doctor confidentiality? no time at all for me....came running in and out of the room...got nothing out of the visit....the worst doc ever
We went to this doctor for the first time 3 years ago, guided by excellent reviews. Our first impressions of the visit were mediocre. But the last visit exceeded all expectations! The doctor doesn't have enough time to meet. I had to wait for her 30 minutes, after which the meeting was postponed to the next day. The next day they waited 60 (!) Minutes, after which the doctor tried to postpone the appointment for the next time, she again had no time. She talks to you, holding on to the doorknob, ready to leave quickly. We got... read more
