If I could rate this place 0 stars I absolutely would. Do yourself the favor and DO NOT MOVE IN HERE. Constant fire alarms sounding atleast once a month at random parts of the day. One happened today at 6 AM??!!! I’ve never lived in an apartment in SF that has such a constant issue with the fire drill going off. Such an easy problem to fix but it appears management doesn’t care to fix these problems.
I lived at SOMA at 788 for almost 5 years, and it was truly a great place to live. The location is unbeatable—Whole Foods is right downstairs, and it’s close to Caltrain, BART, and MUNI. It’s also convenient to the Financial District, Mission Bay, Downtown, Trader Joe’s, tons of restaurants, bars, cafes, and the Moscone Center. Staff here is amazing and so welcoming, shoutout Tiffany and Abel, both staff whom make this place feel like home. They have great community events which always bring a crowd, Tiffany does an amazing job with these events. Our friends in other apt buildings are always jealous. The Living space is good square footage for SF, updated appliances and fixtures. Great place in the Soma area to live, on top of Whole Foods (the most convenient thing ever), and more importantly, a much safer part of Soma as well that makes me feel mo... read more
Sandra and Tiffany are so helpful and very professional. This beautiful ladies makes you feel welcoming and it’s feels you’re home. Always have a lovely smile. 😊
Mario is the best! He’s always been very helpful to clear any maintenance request and is an essential part of the community. Great guy!
