Unfortunately, I had to take down a 5 star review I left for this residence I've called home for the last 6 years. During this period, we've had a few different building managers come and go, but the current one, Chris, is far and away the worst I've seen. About 3.5 months ago, one of my window handles broke and I submitted a maintenance request. I am writing this review because I no longer feel safe or respected in the place I call home. I want to be clear that this concern is not about the entire staff. I have had positive experiences with many team members, and I appreciate the professionalism and support they have shown. My concern is specifically with one individual whose behavior has created an environment that feels deeply uncomfortable and, at times, unsafe.
