I was promised a booked appointment this Monday. Then, 4 hours before my appointment Evelyn changed it three times. I would now have to wait til next week Wednesday and virtual (9 days later and not in person.) I was promised an in person meeting with my doctor. It is clear they treat you like a number here. There’s no attention to detail, they want you in but they don’t care about your availability or how you feel. Disappointed.
Roscoe Village is lucky to have Solway Psychology recently move into the neighborhood. I have collaborated with Dr. Gabi Granoff and can speak to the compassion and thoughtfulness she brings to her clients and their families. Highly recommend.
