I've been trying to talk with Dean Horton, Head of Families/Children Director regarding political and extremely inappropriate hurtful things my daughters therapist said to her. I left three detailed voicemails starting at the end of September and haven't even had a missed call from him or Sol Vista. I'm now in contact with a state licensing agency.
My daughter came here after her father died. Her therapist would make comments to her that were "pro Trump" and jokes about Biden. It wasn't until she recommended she wear high heels (she was 15) and that her dad may have died because he realized how tired she was (she'd been taking care of him the days prior to his death) that we tried to switch therapists.
