If picking in reefer pre-cool your box to 0, I had to wait two hours for my refer to precool, other than that nice people got loaded in half hour once refer temp reached zero
Checked in 8am and getting loaded at 4pm. Don’t come here.
Very fast unloading, was able to park in front before appointment, very friendly associates.
