I have been coming here over a year same teller same bank. Cashing a rent check this month my teller is out now they want to charge me to get my money very rude and unprofessional. Then they asked me to open an account here what a joke I would bring these guys my penny's. Run away as fast as you can.
One star is too high! Rude, unprofessional and condescending staff. Rules that continually change and deplorable app/tech offerings. You're better off stuffing your money in your mattress than doing business with these court jesters of the financial world.
this bank is not fair with their loan practices with minorities!!! We have gone through several incidents with this bank even though we have been customers with this bank for close to ten years! I only hope someone of position reviews this . In the meantime we will contact the president of this company. Our home was assesed by the ciity and county and state was at least $8,000 more than this bank did both in 2009 and current 2015. We have put more than$20,00 worth of home improvement in this home.
