Would not recommend this bank because they have a core issue with being honest, especially their HR department.
I had an issue with the Cicero branch and was treated exceptionally rude by the bank manager , who instead of being reasonably interested in solving my money shortage from a teller, decided it would be better to insult my integrity instead. I received no satisfaction in my complaint and was treated like a i made a mistake. i certainly will be switching banks and discouraging anyone from this bank.

Solvay Bank is both my personal and business bank - I should say BANKER. Nancy, the branch manager at "My" Dewitt location, and her team are awesome. They make me feel like I am their only customer; smiles and helpfulness everytime I come in. They are supportive help to educate me on banking choices and needs. If you are looking for a personal touch with all the big bank ability than Solvay Bank is your place to go.
I've been a client of Solvay Bank for over 30 years and have been extremely happy with their service.
Opened an account on 4/5 and was told we would have debit cards in 3-5 days. Today is 4/18 and still no debit cards. I hate starting a relationship with a bank that I feel like is lying to me already. Take a cue from United. Tell the truth the first time so I can still respect your institution tomorrow morning.
