Solutionz is a very professional office. The front desk staff are courteous and knowledgeable about your billing and insurance information and any other concerns that you may have. My Telehealth appointments are always on time and occasionally even early, which helps if you're a busy person. The Medical staff will listen as you express your fears and problems living your day to day life, always responding with kindness and professional advice. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM. THEY PLAYED GUINEA PIG WITH ME AS IF I WAS A LAB RAT, AND THEY ARE NOT PROPERLY EDUCATED WITH WHAT MEDICATION CANNOT GO WITH WHAT. I WAS ON LYBALVI LAST YEAR, THEN WAS PRESCRIBED SUBOXINE AND NOONE TOLD ME I COULD NOT TAKE THE 2 TOGETHER, IT COULD BE FATAL. LAST MAY 21ST I DIED. FEBRUARY THIS YEAR I REALLY NEEDED MY PYCHIATRIST'S SUPPORT AND SHE REFUSED TO HELP ME. SHE ACTUALLY CUT MY CAPLYTA AND HYDROLOXZINE PAM 50MG COLD TURKEY I HAD A PYCHOTIC BREAK DOWN. THEY ARE HORRIBLE IN MY OPINION!
The people I talk to here are very helpful and kind and try to help you as best as they can. They are very punctual with their appointments and never keep you waiting long. I would definitely recommend this service to anyone that needs it.
