I used this company last year and was very happy. They missed some windows and came back and resolved the issue. They came out today spent maybe a half hour here. I was advised the remaining dirt in the sill needed to be power washed to be cleaned. Missed windows and told me they are a third party for the company. No attention to detail. Sad.
They're so prompt, helpful, and professional. This team is excellent and I recommend them completely!
I've used Solutions in the past, with very good results. Yesterday's cleaning, however, was very disappointing. They just used a power washer and didn't squeegee most of the windows, so some are still dirty - even the ones close to ground level. I could have done that myself. I hire window cleaners to make my windows clean - not to just spray water. A few days ago a gentleman visited to give me an estimate. There was one window in particular that I pointed out to him.
