My granddaughter's visit was Awesome from the front office...we were made to feel comfortable and welcome. Later Ms. Memory realizing my 23 year old was a special needs patient.allowed her to ask questions as well as gave her time and flexibility to adjust to the exams. The doctor came in and was very nice offering several options for us ...as we left the people in the front office took time with my granddaughter and one man even gave her his personal McDonald gift card to have breakfast on him. Friendly, efficient, on time with appointments, impressed with how smooth everything moves.
I recently needed immediate dental care. I called several other providers with no response or commitment as to when the could see me. I called DDS and was overwhelmed how helpful they (Emily) were and how quickly they could see me. I was sent same day and received excellent care. Office staff were very professional and kind. Provider and clinician were ver through with me relative to plan of care. They were very professional and compassionate during the procedure and after care. This was my first experience and it was amazing…they told me about each procedure and what it would cost I would definitely recommend anybody to this location!
I had an appointment at 7:30am on 2-10-22 and when I got there they couldn’t find my name listed in the computer for an appointment but instead of turning me away or making me make another appointment the staff talked and they worked me in and I’m so so happy with my new set of dentures ……. I will definitely recommend this office to anyone I know that needs dental service
My top teeth fit perfectly right from the start but of course my teeth on top had been removed for 36 years an I just got a new plate for my upper. The bottom plate was a little different I had to have 7 teeth pulled right in the front an they were wore down an some where broken off at the gum for so reason when they made my impression for my bottom plate it didn’t turn out right it was to short it didn’t have any jaw teeth on it an I didn’t realize it at first because I wasn’t used to having any back teeth for years. Enjoyed my experience with dds ,very friendly and my dentures fit amazing and they did such a great job on them ,I am a very happy lady and I say a big thank u to each one who had a part of my visit on 2/7/22
