Shady management company with even shadier property managers. They have someone working as a property manager who hasn't renewed her license in over 5 years. Jenny Lobenberg - a perfect example of a thief for hire. She does not respond if you're having an issue in the unit, if there is an issue then she'll automatically say the tenant is at fault without even sending someone to inspect the problem. I lived in one of her managed buildings (Helen Rose Miami Beach) and everyone in the building has the same complaints about her.... read more
