This has to be the literal worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with. From the person who answers the phone, to sales, and even management. I called on a Friday, asking about ordering chemicals in bulk. After talking to 3 people, someone finally took my order. I was told it would be ready on Monday/Tuesday. (My project depended on it) It’s Monday now.. I called to ask about an anticipated pick up time, and I was told that it wouldn’t be ready for another week.
