I was just reading over the reviews and I see alot of bad shipping reviews. I don't have anything bad to say about this company they always be professional and helpful when I visit the store. I always buy on-site. I never ordered online. I know they are far out and sometimes you can make it to their location physically and have to order. But I'll rather just go in a person when time permits for my busy life. But overall it's a good company and the products I've purchased really works and last for months. Quality products and service
Poor customer service. They notified up front that one item was on backorder, but then held up the other items. They charge shipping for each item, so I wasn't expecting all items to be extremely delayed. Over a month now and still not shipped. I asked to cancel and am getting the run around by 3 different responses from them and still no refund. Just disputing with my credit card I guess. VERY POOR customer service.
