Good customer service
Do not use this company. Kent is going to blame you when his products don’t work then will create every excuse and lie in the world to blame you for it not working. Even though you use it as directed. He will blame shift and come up with his own conclusions. Save yourself a huge headache here. There’s really really good companies out there. This isn’t one.
Kent was extremely knowledgeable and suggested the multiple solution approach. The snap trap i set near the sticky pad. Well it took both. The rat took the snap trap ( while he was in it) onto the sticky. If I had just done one. Who knows where it would have gone.
