I love this company! I just left the store and Grace was a to wealth of knowledge. She was very nice and knew her stuff about pests and what to use. Thank you Grace for all of your help.
Excellent customer service from start to finish. Grace was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and took the time to guide me through the best solutions for my ant problem. It’s clear she really knows her products and cares about helping customers. The store itself is clean, well-organized, and easy to navigate. I’ll definitely be coming back for future pest and lawn care needs and highly recommend this location—be sure to ask for Grace!
Upsold me a product that did not work. Would not refund me and talked down to me like I was an idiot. Terrible customer service. Will not shop there again.
