Superior service. You don't expect this kind of attention these days. Don came by a few days before the surgery and showed me exactly how to apply the shoulder ice pad and exactly how the machine worked. Took some of the pressure off us post op - knowing how to use the equipment. Probably would have taken me an hour to work it out. Not only that but the equipment itself is very high quality - I feel like my recovery has been very quick largely because of the machine.
