We highly recommend Solutions Heating and Cooling. They provided us with prompt professional service installing a new heat Pump on one of the hottest days of the year. The work was labor intensive because the outside unit had to go on the roof of a 3 story condo and the inside unit into a very compact space that was difficult to work around. Quinton came out to our home and cleaned our ducts. He was so extremely professional and explained exactly what he was doing with every step. This company has the absolute best customer service and professionalism. I will definitely be using them for all of my HVAC needs in the future. They also got me some quotes for some other HVAC projects that I was needing help with. Best HVAC service in central Virginia! They do it all! Thank you guys so much for all of your help. The young lady who set up our appointment in person and via telephone was personable and super nice. Shad Dortch, Technician who came to our home to inspect the Heat Pump, Air handler, duct work and crawl space area was super efficient, thorough, helpful, very knowledgeable and nice. These guys were just great! Not only did they inspect my house to find problems spots, but they solved a couple of them! I would have no hesitation in requesting quotes from this company as in when I need Heating or insulation work done. I would highly recommend them.
