Quinton was absolutely amazing and far exceeded my expectations! He was extremely knowledgeable, polite, and thorough. He took pictures and clearly explained what everything was, what it meant, what we needed to watch out for, and what our next steps should be. He also helped us build a solid plan moving forward while keeping our financial budget in mind. Quinton is definitely an asset to Solutions Heating and Cooling and I highly recommend them for maintenance and any repairs you may need!
We had an assessment done through our electric company AEP. There was no charge to us. This was well worth it. Irving is knowledgeable, very personable and most importantly he listened to us, which is very important. He was very thorough, he explained everything to us in detail. We really appreciate that pictures were taken and that they will be shared with us along with the assessment.
Amazing company! They provide me with all my HVAC needs for years and now plumbing! Completely ecstatic with the " bathing remodel" we have now a complete doggie bath station and spa room. Irving was very professional, respectful and considerate of our home and our requests throughout the inspection. Tre and Christian were amazing. They were professional and went above and beyond every step of the way. We had insulation installed, which can be very messy, but they were so kind and did a great job of cleaning it all up. I Definitely recommend them!
