Absolutely horrible! I’ve experienced the same problems as the other bad reviews. The biggest problem is, I sold the property to a family friend who has been scammed out of two months rent from Evernest. The Housing Authority says they sent August and September payments to Evernest, with proof, but Evernest keeps denying They ever received those payments. They are extremely disorganized, tons of staff turnover, and they never let you speak to a manager. Not being able to speak to a manager is a huge red flag. Stay far away f... read more
Lived in a property they managed when they were S4RE. Very fair, didn't unnecessarily raise my rent, and did a decent job as a mom and pop landlord.
Absolute trash property management. Owners should avoid at all costs. Does not honor contract. Will not call back. Will not respond to emails.
We have worked with evernest for one year . This was the worst experience for us .First of all ,it took them 5 month to rent my condo for the first time.They asked us every small items which was not even requested by tenant. They do not respond to emails or calls .My tenant also complained about the same thing. Now , they are not returning the deposit or explaining of charges on our statement. My friend is renting with you guys and her kids have lead poisoning and there is mold everywhere and you guys refuse to come out and fix anything. It's also IMPOSSIBLE to reach the landlord. Terrible people !
