Absolute trash property management. Owners should avoid at all costs. Does not honor contract. Will not call back. Will not respond to emails.
We have worked with evernest for one year . This was the worst experience for us .First of all ,it took them 5 month to rent my condo for the first time.They asked us every small items which was not even requested by tenant. They do not respond to emails or calls .My tenant also complained about the same thing. Now , they are not returning the deposit or explaining of charges on our statement. My friend is renting with you guys and her kids have lead poisoning and there is mold everywhere and you guys refuse to come out and fix anything. It's also IMPOSSIBLE to reach the landlord. Terrible people !
This company has been an absolute nightmare to work with. In just seven months, we’ve been shuffled between multiple property managers due to constant staff turnover, with zero consistency or accountability. They charged over $300 just for someone to give an estimate—no work, no service, just a bill. Communication is atrocious.
