Appalled by my interactions with this company. They waited too long to send someone out after an urgent request was made-resulting in our water being shut off. Customer service is so disconnected from the tenants—we have received no updates from them about when it will be turned on, how long we should occupy another residence, or who is expected to pay for the water we’ve purchased. Poplar Homes took over Solution’s business page but they are NOT Solutions for Real Estate - entirely different staff and model. Poplar is a technology company that creates property management systems but does not employ any local employees whatsoever. All of their employees are centralized, outsourced overseas, and remote.
