Solutions Espresso Services is our shops go to any time we are experiencing issues with our equipment. They are quick to respond and do great work. Our usual tech, Carter, is so knowledgeable and overall just a great guy. I would recommend this company and Carter to anyone experiencing issues with their espresso equipment.
Jonathan was wonderful to work with. We had a lot going on the day that he came by to service our machine & he was so professional and efficient! He was great about giving us an overview of all the things we could choose to service & explaining which ones should be at the top of the list & which ones could wait until the future. Service like this makes such a difference for small businesses!
This company is great. I bought a used espresso machine from them and I have had to have them fix a couple of things. Nothing too crazy but all things that could be expected on a previously owned piece of equipment. They were very professional about the handling my problems and didn't hesitate to send out a technician even though I am over an hour away. I would buy again from this company anytime.
