Stay far far away from Solutions. Only worry about the bottom line with productive vs nonproductive billing hours. Not client based whatsoever. If your staff is not able to cover their scheduled session with your child they just cancel it like it is no big deal. If you as the client need some flexibility in scheduling it is just too bad for you and your child. The psychologist they have as clinical director is rude with terrible chairside manner. Our family WAS very pleased with the services here until our privacy was breached. My three children will never see any of the amazing staff here until the one person showing pictures of my ASD child is fired. I turned the violator in to the staff and they simply said "we can't prove that there are pictures on this person's phone or not". I was incredibly scared that I wasn't going to find a job in Fergus Falls where I could use my BA in Psych after graduating this spring; especially during a pandemic, but I'm so glad that I applied to the AIM program. I work as a Behavioral Interventionist at the Autism Innovation in Motion (AIM) clinic through Solutions. Working here has been an absolute dream!! I have great coworkers. They support one another, lift each other up, and provide a welcoming environment on even the toughest of days. Not to mention the wonderful population we serve!! (And their wonderful families!)
