Not happy with them cuz they don't get ahold of you when you call. I havent received my products that they promised. Dont waste your time with them.

Bought a water softener off this company and it was not cheap. Found it to be way over priced. One of the selling points was that I was to receive laundry soap, dish washer soap, dish soap,hair shampoo, body wash, hand soap, all purpose cleaner, deodorizer cleaner,oatmeal bar soap and glycerine facial bars from a company called Pure & Gentle. . These people use a “buy now price” sales tactic as a pressure tactic. My mistake for not doing any research ahead of time and purchased a softener from them as I trusted the sales guy J R. Come to find out I paid more than DOUBLE what comparable systems sell for. My ONLY requirement was that the water would not feel slippery/slimy. Was promised that it would not be that way. Well, it does and the company will do nothing. Asked for it to be removed a n refund my $ and was told “ You bought it, it’s yours” I wouldn’t even give... read more

These people lie and use “buy it now price” sales tactic pressuring you to buy. The salesman (J R) promised to supply product literature and after multiple requests over one month failed to do so and eventually stopped corresponding. I give them a ZERO rating. They’re thieves!

This company told me their system would help take the sulfur smell out of my water. After a day it did not take it away so we called and they told us it would take several days to give it several days. So we did then it was past our window that we could say we did not want the system and they will do nothing to help us. We still can not use our water for anything due to the smell. We had another person remove the system and just put a simple filter on which has now corrected the smell. They do not answer the phone or return ... read more
