I have had a great experience with Switch Physio in Rouse Hill as they have helped me in recovering from on-going knee pain. Josh and Simon have been excellent physiotherapist as they have always listened and guided me through providing a consistent plan, great exercises and by having great communication with one another due to having appointments booked in with both of them on different days. The team at Switch Rouse Hill are brilliant! From Brit at the front desk to Simon, Josh and Harry who look after your sore and broken body, you seriously couldn't ask for better care. They make you feel like long lost family every time you walk through the door.
Edit: Paul now located at In2Motion in Richmond. Highly recommend Paul from Solutions Allied Health. He was able to give me an accurate diagnosis and management for the source of my shoulder pain. Paul also recommended effective exercises to increase my range in motion specific to my aerial sport to prevent future injuries. Reception staff are also welcoming and friendly ☺️
