My experience & review is sadly very similar to the one posted three weeks ago. We logged the job yesterday (7/19) & the receptionist said the plumber would be out between 3:00 & 3:30. Nobody showed up. Called just after 4pm to ask for an update. Told that a big emergency job had come up after we had initially called & he was stuck on that & they'd call us back by 5pm to tell us what was going to happen. Gave me a time for arrival. When the end of that window drew near I had to call to get an update. Was told they were finishing up and would be there in 45 minutes. 2.5 hours later I called and, asked what was going on. Seemed irritated and said they would be there in 45 minutes. Never showed up or called. I get it if you have a rough day but communication is important.
Outstanding, excellent service! Joey and Alexi are very trustworthy! There are many companies out there today that will rip you off. Not Solution Plumbing! As a Senior, I can assure you, they will give you a reasonable price and their workmanship excellent! A great Company!
We were originally recommended by neighbors to go with John Moore but the person who ame out gave us news that we had an outdated system of polly pipes , that we needed to spend thousands on a whole new plumbing system and that no other plumbing company works with what we have... We were heart broken to hear this and i was truly upset (not just because im pregnant but to have bad news about our new home we JUST moved into on June 15th 2024).
